Clarksville's location is exceptional, walkable to downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake, the Whole Foods flagship, and the vibrant South Lamar corridor. It offers urban convenience with neighborhood intimacy. The neighborhood is bounded roughly by MoPac to the west, Lamar Boulevard to the east, 6th Street to the south, and 15th Street to the north.
